- You are familiar with the system requirements as well as the necessary devices for MIDI control
- In the case that you have any problems with loading the instrument into Kontakt and getting it to work, you agree to contact us for advice and, ultimately, allow us to access your computer via TeamViewer to resolve the case
- You have no right to complain about any of our services because we guarantee that you will receive a purchased product that will work
