- You own and know what NI Kontakt is
- You know that a bought product is a sample for NI Kontakt version 6.2.2 or higher and that it is not compatible with the free Kontakt player
- You have listened to and reviewed the demos as well as read all the documents related to the purchased product
- You are familiar with the system requirements as well as the necessary devices for MIDI control
- In the case that you have any problems with loading the instrument into Kontakt and getting it to work, you agree to contact us for advice and, ultimately, allow us to access your computer via TeamViewer or similar software to resolve the case
- You have no right to complain about any of our services because we guarantee that you will receive a purchased product that will work
